Direct REI, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and Las Vegas Nevada, was established in 2020 with the objective of helping real estate investors find and purchase properties through high-quality direct mail campaigns.
We specialize in designing custom mailers that are tailored to each individual campaign, resulting in a higher response rate for crucial real estate leads.
Our years of research on presentation, wording, list building, and other factors, are applied to ensure that our clients benefit from our extensive A/B testing and research, guaranteeing successful results.
Meet The Founder
Hunter, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a native of Woodbury, Minnesota, is an enthusiastic marketer and real estate investor. He holds a double major in finance and marketing, with a minor in banking, from North Dakota State University. He is licensed to practice as a realtor in both Minnesota and Nevada, and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, finance, and consulting.
Hunter's journey in the direct mail industry began when he found himself in need of effective mailers for his real estate investing business. Frustrated with the lack of quality mailers available on the market, he decided to take matters into his own hands and develop his own high-response-rate mailers. After years of success, many investors in his network began requesting that he create mailers for them as well. Driven by a passion for real estate investing and a desire to help others succeed, Hunter founded Direct REI, where he continues to use his expertise and experience to provide real estate investors with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
