Auto-send mail from automations and continuous campaigns
When an automation enrolls a lead into a Direct Mail campaign — or someone joins a campaign with Continuous sending on — automatically send that campaign's mailer template. Off by default — each piece costs ~99¢ from your credits and can't be recalled once it's mailed.

SMS Accounts
Telnyx is recommended — it's the one where everything works inside Direct REI: one-click connect, buying numbers, texting registration (10DLC), in-browser and multi-line calling, and the AI Call Agent. The dropdown shows the numbers and setup steps for the provider you pick; System default texts from your own Messages app on this device instead.
Recommended. Connect your own Telnyx account to send & receive texts, buy numbers and register for US texting right inside Direct REI, and call from your browser. Usage bills to your own Telnyx account — Direct REI never marks it up.
⚖️ Your responsibility: SMS in the US requires prior express written consent from each recipient under TCPA. Scrub your list against the National DNC Registry, disclose your business name in every message, and only send between 8am–9pm local time. Number health
How each of your numbers is actually performing — answer rate, text delivery, opt-outs, and daily volume against the ceilings carriers start flagging at. The Health column on the Phone tab only checks that your provider credentials work; this checks whether your numbers are still landing.
These are your own sending signals, not a carrier lookup — the three databases that hold the “Spam Likely” labels (Hiya, First Orion, TNS) aren’t publicly queryable. If a number here reads At risk, register it free with the three companies — Settings → Phone → Get your calls answered has every answer on the form filled in.
Blocked numbers
Stop spam callers and texters. Texts from blocked numbers are always ignored, and blocked calls never show up as missed calls, red flags, or ring pop-ups in Direct REI. When Direct REI answers your calls (Telnyx with voicemail on, or Twilio in-browser calling), blocked + anonymous callers are cut off before anything rings. Quo rings its own apps — block the number inside Quo too. You can also block a caller right from their contact card.
Only callers matching a contact get through — spammers rotating numbers are cut off, but so is a new lead calling from a number you don't have yet. Calls only; texts still arrive (unknown texters land in the Inbox ❓ Unknown lane).

Calling integration
Choose how your 📞 Call buttons (Dialer + contact rows) place the call. Pick a provider here, install its desktop app, and our Call buttons route every dial through it.
Automatically writes a short AI summary on the call log and the contact's timeline for calls that have a transcript — transcribed voicemails, AI Call Agent calls, and Quo call transcripts. Counts toward your monthly included AI usage. Calls without a transcript (browser recordings, phone-app dials) aren't summarized.
Get your calls answered
Calling doesn't need an approval the way texting does — you can call as soon as you have a number, and calls from your own numbers are already marked as verified. What decides whether people pick up is the name they see and whether your number gets labeled “Spam Likely”. These two steps take care of both.
Send Window
Queued emails and texts go out automatically every ~15 minutes — but only during the window you set here. Default is 24/7 (every day, all hours). Tighten this to mimic real-human sending hours and reduce spam-flagging. By default the hours apply in each lead's local time, so 9 AM means 9 AM where the lead lives. A campaign can set its own hours under its settings.
Custom fields Paid feature
Define your own fields for Buyers, Sellers, Other contacts (vendors / professionals), Deals, and Properties. They show up on the matching add/edit modals so you can track exactly what you care about — no technical setup needed; new fields appear on the matching forms immediately.
