How tracking & payouts work

Your link does the work

Each referral you send is tracked to your unique link with a 30-day attribution window, so you get credit even if they sign up a few weeks later.

As soon as a referral pays, your commission is recorded in your affiliate dashboard. Watch your referrals, earnings, and payout history in real time.

We pay you directly

Tell us how you'd like to be paid (PayPal, Wise, Zelle, and similar). Payouts are issued manually from your accrued balance.

Common questions

Do I have to be a paying customer to be an affiliate?

No. A free Direct REI account is all you need to apply. Once you're approved, you can refer people whether or not you subscribe yourself.

How long do I earn on a referral?

For the life of their account. As long as a customer you referred keeps paying, you keep earning 25% of every subscription payment — there's no time limit and no cap.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions accrue in your affiliate dashboard as your referrals pay. We issue payouts manually to the method you provide (PayPal, Wise, Zelle, etc.). You'll see your accrued, paid, and pending balances in the app.

Is everyone approved?

We review each application by hand and approve partners who are a good fit — investors, content creators, coaches, and community owners with an audience of real estate professionals. Tell us how you plan to promote Direct REI when you apply.

What if I refer myself?

Self-referrals don't qualify — commissions are for customers you bring to Direct REI, not your own account.
