Every campaign owns its own private sequence — the messages in its "Your sequence" section belong to that campaign and nothing else. That's deliberate: rewording one campaign never silently changes another. But when you write a sequence you love, you shouldn't have to retype it for the next campaign. That's what reusable templates are for.
The controls live in the Your sequence header (top of the Email or Texting page), on the right: Apply saved template…, Save as template…, and Manage…
Save a sequence as a reusable template
Got a sequence dialed in? Click Save as template…, give it a clear name ("Seller — TX land, 5-touch"), and it's saved to your library. This takes a snapshot: later edits to the campaign don't change the saved template, and edits to the template don't change the campaign. Independent from the moment you save.
Apply a saved template to another campaign
Open the campaign you want to fill, click Apply saved template…, and pick one. Its messages (and length) copy straight into that campaign's sequence, ready to tweak. Apply always COPIES — it never links. So you can apply the same template to ten campaigns and then customize each freely; editing campaign #3 doesn't touch the other nine or the original template.
Manage your library
Manage… lists your saved templates to Edit, Rename, or Delete. Editing one there changes only that library copy — a banner reminds you "Changes here don't touch any campaign — apply it to use it." Deleting a template removes it from the library; campaigns you already applied it to keep their own copies, untouched.
Where saved templates come from
- You save them — via Save as template…, above.
- Starting fresh — when you create a campaign you can optionally start it from a saved template (it's copied in), or start blank.
- A campaign's own inline sequence is NOT in the library — only the ones you deliberately save are. That keeps the Apply list clean and intentional.
The mental model in one line
Campaigns hold private sequences; the library holds reusable snapshots; Apply copies library → campaign; nothing is ever shared live. Edit fearlessly.
