Scorecards, reviews & 1:1s: see how each person is doing

5 min read · Updated 2026-10-20

“Scorecards, reviews & 1:1s: see how each person is doing” is a Direct University lesson from Direct REI, the AI cold-outreach platform and CRM for real estate investors. Each person's numbers in one place — hours against their usual week, calls, conversations, interested leads, deals and their team goals — plus written reviews, 1:1 notes and private notes, shared when you're ready and acknowledged by the person.

The Performance tab on the Team page shows how each person is doing and keeps their reviews, and every person's window has a Performance tab too. It's on the Pro and Scale plans.

Who sees what

The scorecard

Pick This week, Last week, This month or Last month. For each person you see:

Only what each person did themselves counts — campaign and AI messages are nobody's. Someone without a Direct REI login has hours only; someone who doesn't use the time clock has no hours or per-hour numbers.

Set the numbers people should hit in Analytics → 🎯 Team goals. The scorecard shows how they're doing against them.

Write a review or log a 1:1

Click ⭐ Write a review or 📝 Log a 1:1 (or use the buttons in a person's window). Three types:

Open Also set a team goal for them to give them their own number on a team goal (calls per day, deals per month…) when you save.

Share it — they acknowledge it

  1. Save draft keeps it to managers only; they don't know it exists.
  2. Save & share shows it to them. They get a notice that doesn't include what you wrote, and a "A review is waiting for you" card on their Home page.
  3. They read it on the Performance tab, add a comment if they want, and tap I've read it. You're told.

Until they acknowledge it you can still edit it (they see it was edited) or Take back it to a draft. Once they acknowledge it, it can't be changed — only the account owner can delete it.

Notifications

In Settings → Notifications, the Reviews & 1:1s row covers a review shared with you and, for managers, someone acknowledging one — on your phone or desktop, and by email if you turn it on.

Ask Oliver

Try "how did Jane do last week", "show me the team's scorecard this month", "has Sam acknowledged his review" or "write Jane's review for last month" — Oliver checks her numbers and saves a draft for you to read over and share. Oliver never shares a review, and never shows scorecards or reviews in a shared Team Chat channel.

Reviews are your notes about your team; they aren't legal or employment advice. Write about what someone did, keep it factual, and follow the rules that apply to your business.
